I would up replacing these with mechanical gauges.Display is very bright at night, but not too distracting. I wish they had a version with a white background to match my gauges.Easy to install. The PLX modules (not the gauges, but the box that they plug into) all fit together via a sort of vertical tongue-and-groove in the aluminum chassis.
