Easy swap for failed unit, Light fitting restored to full working state. ### ⭐ ***** AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE ***** *by M***Y on 21 September 2018* ***** AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ***** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I've bought about 3 of these units, literally 12mths apart. I have had a qualified electrician install and test these failed units [apparently he doesn't know what he's doing, yet he's been working on the office refits at work totalling into the £millions!]. They then suggest i send back the unit for testing, which i did in a Jiffy; then claimed I'd opened up the t/former as it arrived in pieces! NO! when i sent it, it was in one piece & NEVER OPENED; though I cannot vouch for damages in transit. That said they're returns dept is a box, which all return [which i guess is many] end up in & once a week goes off for testing! very professional! They probably got my unit mixed uo with another! They then suggested I send back my Light Fitting [as that must be the problem] for testing which will cost MORE MONEY!! what a scam!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. RUDE EMAILS + I REPLIED IN KIND. In conclusion my electrician has converted my Light Fitting into one which does not require a Transformer, so all i need is different non t/former bulbs ALL GOOD.
