Very happy with this product. I read bad reviews. My product is soft and very comfortable. I do agree it runs small. I'm a petite person. I could see for a bigger person it might be tight. Others I tried in the store felt loose. No smell to it. I'm very happy.

When I received this pillow, it smelled like mildew. I was like why does my pillow smell like this? It wasn’t wet, but it really smelled like mildew, So I sprayed it with some sanitizing spray and that took the mildew smell away. Other than that, I like the size it is very soft. It does come with his own bag so I can fold it up so it is easy to transport.

After a recent ACDF surgery, I was not required to wear a surgical collar👍. However neck pain, trying to get comfortable, traveling to appointments and sleeping were all very challenging. This travel neck pillow came in very handy. Sometimes, especially if traveling in a car to appointments it provided adequate support and a reminder to be careful. It’s comfortable and for me it provided just the right amount of comfort and support when I needed it. It wasn’t the only tool I needed or used but was indeed a good value.

I was really hoping this would be a good fit for me but unfortunately it wasn't. My neck is too small to fit, even with it cinched as tight as it will go. It doesn't have the amount of support I want. I have hEDS so I need something that will keep my head well supported. It's too soft for my preference. It didn't take long to regain it's shape once I opened it and I let it sit for hours before trying it, to make sure it had enough time to fluff. I really love the shape, it reminds me of a neck brace, I just wish it was a little taller and more stiff. I'm sure it's lovely for the right person, I just require a little more support.
