You would have to get an adapter to change the xlr output to a headphone jack in size, I think that is 1/4 inch connection. What most people do though is to connect it through an audio interface which is the smartest way to connect it. It’s an additional thing you would have to buy but there are tons of options out there on the cheap to incredibly expensive depending on the audio quality your going for. If your not using this as a studio style recording tool you could just go cheap. Something from Behringer, focusrite etc just a simple one or two channel audio interface just make sure it’s Mac compatible. **Q: Can the glxd14 be used with in-ear monitors?** A: No. This is a receiver base for a wireless body pack or microphone transmitter.
