~(0.6 Lbs. 17X14X0)~ Ford 9.75 Differential Cover Gasket Lubelocker Review: Great fit 2015 F150 4x4 - 2015 F150 XLT 4x4 perfect fit. Look at the shape and bolt pattern if yours looks as pictured, it will fit. Owned truck from day 1 and had some gear oil on the lower cover. never dripped or got worse. 10 years later time to change out all fluids. Ford saved $20 using a $1 worth of silicone instead of a gasket, disgraceful. No way i was going to redo this job with the silicone process and wait for it to set and then torque correctly especially after having leak from day 1. You think the factory did it right? NOT, no wonder was wet from day 1, i bet my experience is not unique for F150s. Hardest part of this job was to clean all that old silicone off with a scotch pad on air grinder (cover the gears with rags). After that was done, just cross bolted cover back in place with gasket in between, done. Now, I can pull and replace cover with none of that work, it's reusable. At the end of the day, good quality product, great fit, less effort/time, reusable, well worth the price. Review: Perfect fit and no leaks - goodbye RTV - Ford, in it's ongoing wisdom, decided to put different rear ends in the same model year trucks so you cannot go by the year to determine fit. The number of bolts on the cover are the same and not even the VIN identifies which one is used, you must look at the differential and not if it is more round or has a slight "ear" pointing toward the passenger side of the truck. The one with the slight ear is the 9.75" differential this is made for. No matter the size differential you have, none of them have a drain plug meaning that every fluid change will entail removing the cover. You can either remove the RTV and clean the surface, reapply RTV, and repeat every fluid change or save time and hassle by using a gasket. The LubeLocker gasket was well protected in shipment by the packaging and the quality is apparent on first inspection. There are multiple sealing lines around the gasket ensuring a leak free experience even if one somehow gets damaged. The material feels solid and although it will be hidden from view when installed, it looks nice. This is a perfect fit for the 9.75" differential and best of all, it is reusable so buy once, cry once. Total time for a fluid change with the LubeLocker is roughly 15 minutes with most of that being cleaning up the cover and wiping out any sludge. Compare that to almost an hour of scraping old RTV off the sealing surfaces and then removing residue. The most important question, does it work? I've had mine installed for two weeks and not a single drop for a leak. I highly recommend this as a replacement for the RTV if you do your own maintenance.

Perfect Product
Perfect fit for my 2013 Ford F150. Best part is not having to use sticky, messy gasket sealer. It's been several months now and no leaks. Couldn't be more pleased with this product. ๐๐

Great fit and seal for Ford F150 2019
This item was installed in a 2019 F150 and was a fantastic fit. No issues with leaking or the seal. It was so much easier to install this versus having to install a factory gasket with RTV. No cure time needed. Just take the old one off, clean the surface of contaminants and old RTV and install the new gasket. Torque in a star pattern. I plan to put lube lockers on all my differentials when I need to replace fluids in the future.

Good quality seal
Good quality. Can you use silicone or RTV? Sure but this is a nicer product and seals the cover perfectly. I purchase the wrong one. I have the super 8.8. Be sure you know what you have. Do your research. I gave this one away to someone who could use it.

Easy to use even for beginners.
Installed this on my 2020 Ford F-150 Raptor. First time ever doing a differential job before, and this gasket made it quick and easy and so far has not leaked! Just make sure you scrape the surface clean and line it up correctly. Much better than using RTV.

Cover Bolt Leakage!
WARNING!!!! Do not buy this product! Just use RTV without a gasket, like any good differential shop. I had this product installed 5 months ago, just to have it leak thought a cover bolt. This should NOT happen if this product worked properly as designed. It cost me and additional $65 for 3 quarts oil and $75 additional labor just to replace a $30 gasket with just RTV. So save yourself an additional $150+ expense when this product fails for you! I will be calling for a full refund tomorrow.

Great quality!
Easy to install in my 2011 Ford SVT raptor rear diff paired with a Spicer diff cover. No leaks yet, will update if that changes. Well worth the purchase price as of now. Way better than dealing with RTV gasket sealer or leaky cheap gaskets
