Review: Well designed and good looking wheelchair - I have taken delivery of this chair this morning. It has taken just two days to get here, and was well packaged, fully assembled apart from the foot rests, and just needed to be opened out from its collapsed position. It looks like a really good, well designed product. There is a brief user manual but everything is very intuitive and easy to use. The foot rests swing inwards, which is good when parking as fewer trip hazards, or outwards and lift off easily. The quick release wheels also remove easily. Adjusting the height of the foot rests was slightly more difficult, but needs doing once and wasn't a problem. I bought this chair because it seemed a bit less bulky than others, less fussy in its design, and I am pleased with the way it looks, as it looks neat and clean lines. The colour is great, a metallic red. I don't know how the chair will perform, but will post an update or answer a question. Many parts are plastic so we will see. I spoke to the supplier on the phone before I purchased and they were very helpful and knowledgeable, and this was another reason to buy from them, as I feel like they would be helpful if any problems did arise. The chair is light and easy to manouvre about the house, but not so light that I can lift it in to the car myself, due to my health and mobility problems, but my partner seems to manage quite easily. There are no assistant brakes, or cushion, although the seat and back rest are slightly padded, and no lap belt, which I have ordered separately. I bought this as a first wheelchair to enable me to get out a bit more, not necessarily for continuous everyday use, so will see how it performs but first impressions are good.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb product/service/aftercare!

I bought this chair in 2017, my first wheelchair following an MS diagnosis in 2012. I’ve been really happy with it since then and it’s never failed me. A few weeks ago I detached one of the removable footrests to put the chair in my boot and accidentally left it in the hospital car park! I tried lost property, contacted a local mobility company to see if I could get a replacement but no luck so back to Amazon fully expecting the item to not be available anymore and/or the supplying company to have ceased trading! To my surprise, they do exist so I sent a message to see if I could buy another footrest. Wishing a few hours, Gaby from Fenetic Wellbeing sent a message saying she would check with the warehouse for availability and to allow her 3 days to come back to me. Whilst racing myself for a massive bill because we all know some companies like to profit on other peoples misfortune I waited for a reply and Gaby came back to me saying that it was available and at what I consider to be a reasonable price too! It was sent to me by courier and delivered last Thursday just in time for the wedding I went to on Saturday. Gaby was superb throughout and a credit to your company. THAT is how business should be conducted. Well done Fenetic Wellbeing and Gaby, you’re a superstar! I still love your Yorkshire accent too!xx
