Review: Does its job A++ - I don't know why this has so many returns because it's nice. The only thing I can figure is people don't know to hand tighten the three Phillips head screws on the back of the mirror to keep the ball in place. I can see my dogs in my side yard from my back door without having to go see. It's large, clear view and easy to install plus it's sturdy when you tighten all the screws. Perfect and a good price A++

I don't know why this has so many returns because it's nice. The only thing I can figure is people don't know to hand tighten the three Phillips head screws on the back of the mirror to keep the ball in place.
