Review: You can order more hose if you need distance - Works good just I didn’t use it for my reptiles instead I used it for my garden cheaper to use this then it was to order one for my garden that runs off my house hose lol 😂 this has a timer and is easier to set up then having to turn on my hose I just put a plastic tub out side to collect rain water and put the hose with the filter end in it and that was simple it’s on a timer no more watering by hand I can now go on trips and go camping with no worries definitely recommend for small gardens and active life styles so no worries about watering your plants best by for your money

**Q: Can this reptile mister add additional nozzles?**
A: Can add an additional 1-2, but it should be noted that the installation distance between the nozzle and the nozzle is about 20-30 cm best.

**Q: I set the spraying time to 30 seconds, why does the reptile mister host only run for 5 seconds?**
A: Because the host does not detect the internal water pump sucking water, it starts the water shortage protection mode. Please connect the inlet pipe to the filter head and put it into the water, it will run according to the program you set.

**Q: Can I use tap water? What if the nozzle is clogged?**
A: It is recommended to use pure water or RO machine filtered water as a priority. Clogged nozzles can be disassembled and cleaned for reuse.

**Q: What is the reason for no water spraying out at the first start?**
A: Because there is air in the water pipe, you need to let the machine run for a few dozen seconds to discharge the air in the water pipe will be able to spray normally.

### ⭐ Worked fine now stopped working and no way to contact seller to fix it

This item worked fine for a few weeks, now whenever it is supposed to turn on the mist according to the programmed schedule it just beeps and doesn't mist at all. I checked everything, including the water level, connections, turned it on and off again, still nothing. There is no info on this issue in the instructions that came with it (which are very sparse) and I can't find a customer support number for the seller so I'm reduced to leaving a one star review. If the seller could contact me to fix the item I can change the review.
