Takes time and scrubbing, but works well!
I had hardened thick gray calcium buildup on an outdoor fountain and I was quoted $500 to bead blast it off, so I decided to try this as a last resort. So glad I did! The before and after pictures speak for themselves. It took patience and elbow grease though. I had to spray it daily for seven days and use a pumice stone once the calcium had loosened up. Definitely worth it in the end.

Doesn't work for everyone
Simply did not work on a very light waterline ring. Soaked it scrubbed it with tougher than recommended grit. I am in Phoenix and we have very hard water.

Not a miracle!
Unfortunately, our calcium was too much for this spray....or maybe we just expected too much. It did help some....but not as much as we'd hoped for.

Finally something that works!
This was the only product that removed the white chalky calcium stains from my pool tiles. And, I had tried everything. I had to spray it on and leave it for at least an hour every day for 4 consecutive days. I was careful not to breathe it or get it on my skin, wear gloves and goggles. But, it got better everyday until it disappeared. Don’t give up after the first application. Just don’t let it get on the coping or areas other than the tile. It’s strong stuff.

Worked great
Worked great. First i used plastic scraper to knock off the heavy parts and then sparyed it on and used kitchen sponge with rough side to scuba it off took 20min. For it to get it off

Sprayer broke after first use
Even if we ignore the faulty sprayer (which is annoying on a bottle this expensive) I just didn't find this did a great job at removing the calcium build up. I could see it bubbling so it was doing something but when it came to actually removing it wasn't all that effective and still have all the stains.

Works better than most
I live in Phoenix and have hard water like everyone else which results in a lot of calcium build up during the summer (using salt cell). I have tried a lot of products and this one works the best. You will have to apply multiple times and perhaps use a couple of bottles, but it does do a good job of making the calcium release. You will still have to scrub it off using a pumice stone, etc. but this product makes it easier to do so.
