These Gin-Gins are made with a ***GINGER JUICE and freeze-dried ginger along with other ingredients added so do NOT mistake them for real ginger. I would compare the texture to a gummy product of good quality. MADE IN THE USA. Contains no artificial colors, preservatives or flavors. TIP: I keep a partial bag in my purse to keep with me when I just need to freshen my breath or have an **upset stomach. I keep the bag rotated out with my bag that I snack on at home so that they remain fresh in my purse. **I have not tried these with a terribly upset stomach, just when onset happens.
