Wash them in warm water and air dry. Of course do not add bleach, even if you've purchased a white pair. For sum reason bleach stains white shoes of this material.

i'm a size 10.5 US should I get a size 10 or 11?

I would definitely recommend at least size 11 unless you have a narrow foot. I have a moderately high arch and my usual size 9 was too tight.

Do they come in different widths for wider feet?

No, they only come in the sizes listed with this seller but other sellers will have different sizes available that this seller doesn’t provide.
