What is the size (ml) of each tube?

I had a look - and printed on the side of the can....... 300ml.

What size tyres can it be used on

I would think it would only do up to a large car or 4x4 .

Can the tyre still be repaired when this is used, or would you need to get a new tyre?

Yes it can however some tyre repair places winge as the inside of tyre is dirty.

Do you need to jack the car up first or can you just spray it in?

I did not jack up the car. I just sprayed it in and it fixed the puncture. I always carry a puncture repai r kit in the boot now.
