Tastes as good as it performs. Great.
I've been using Symprove for two months now. My original order was the mango flavour, which is lovely, but I thought I'd change things up with the strawberry one this time. As a probiotic it has proven better than capsule/tablet forms. It has been extremely effective in reducing my IBS symptoms - less bloating and tummy aches and fewer laxatives needed. All in all, I prefer the mango flavour, but the strawberry is perfectly pleasant.

Lovely flavour Less bloating I can imagine long term you would get great health benefits but as it only lasts 5 days its quite expensive to upkeep

Reliable and works well
Anytime I have antibiotics or some kind of illness that could affect my microbiome I buy a bottle of this. It seems to help resettle things well. Missing a star as the price is very high. But it’s vegan and the strawberry tastes good and it seems to do its job well.

Transformative
I have been using symprove since 2021. Before using symprove I suffered badly with IBS and had a bad relationship with food as a result. Since consistently using symprove for the last 4 years, my gut health has improved MASSIVELY! I’m able to eat foods I couldn’t before, and my overall health is so much better. My initial results took about 8 weeks to see an improvement but since then it’s been transformative. High quality product that is easy to measure out each day!
