I got this device to support with addressing my forward head posture after seeing an add for it. I am not sure it has made much of a difference, though it does feel relaxing to lie on it for 10 mins or so. It's at least not made anything worse :)

Ordered this as I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and have a Quasimodo hunch coming due to sitting in front of a computer 5 days a week and having crap posture! Used it for 10 minutes the moment it arrived and I didn't think I'd last out that long as it was quite uncomfortable and very hard to lay on. Anyway I stuck with it and noticed after that first time the pain in my shoulder had all but disappeared. Not had it a week yet but each time I've used it it becomes less painful to use and quite relaxing. Must admit I feel momentarily woozy afterwards but that's probably from just getting up off the floor but the neck pain feels easier. Dont expect it to be a miracle cure and I'm not saying the neck and shoulder pain has diminished completely but I can feel an improvement. Will carry on using it to hopefully feel more relief and to see if mi little hump disappears. For the price it's negligible compared to others I've seen online and the design looks exactly the same as this one. Pretty pleased so far and if it was rubbish I would say so!

It's almost rigid and therefore I find it difficult to use.

Click crack? Could be? I've tried one of the doo-dads before, there is then a direct comparison to be made between them. This one is noticeably softer, not so much that it is not supportive, far from it, but the plastic just seems better to the touch. It is a bright blue colour, that may matter, I found it okay. Then there are six "spots" that are magnets. Here I confess from a new from the box review I cannot say whether these help or not, and I haven't researched that claim. These correspond to pressure points, and don't negatively impact the experience of getting your neck stretched, which I use without imply the euphemism. What I did get was the slightly light headed feeling that accompanies having bones manipulated, this isn't a unpleasant or long lasting sensation, but it indicates something is going on. There's no question posture related stretches do help reverse related issues, and I am confident based on my short experience that this is good for that. The product arrives in a simple plastic bag, and is light and washable.

It’s one of those devices I never knew I needed. Using only 5-10 minutes a day before going to bed I already noticed positive changes, less stiffness in my shoulder area and no neck pain. It’s easy to use, just lie down with neck stretcher under your neck and relax. Be careful not to hurt yourself when getting off it. I think it’s well worth the price, my family swears by it.

This neck stretcher is comfortable to use , it has a little instruction leaflet with it but it's pretty straightforward and easy to use. It feels soft to lay back on , you feel a gentle stretch of your neck, I heard and felt a few cracks when i first used it , but no pain, but just be really careful when first using it if you have had any recent neck injuries. Using for a few minutes each day helps relax and flex the next area and upper spine. The material is soft against the skin and the cushioned area has a bit of give in it so it's not too hard against your neck. It's lightweight, compact and easy to store away when not in use , it may be good for rehabilitation from injury or to reduce neck stiffness over time. For £20 with 20% voucher off its not cheap but may prove a valuable piece of equipment to help reduce neck pain and stiffness over time.
