I contacted support because my pictures were not switching at the same rate and they gave a quick response about optimal picture size (480x288). I resized the photos from my camera and couldn't be happier with the results! I choked a bit on the cost at first, but its the best marketing for me to have invested in. Review: iDigitag confirms badge won't communicate with Windows 10 - Unfortunately, it has to be returned because the firmware is out-of-date according to iDigitag customer service. According to them, desertcart has old inventory. The badge will not communicate with Windows 10 which means you don't have the ability to move your files to the badge. iDigitag offered to have me ship it back them for a firmware update, but I decided against it. If they can't push an update my way, then what happens in the future with new releases of Windows, etc? I don't want a badge that is already obsolete, and requires shipping in order to be serviced for updates. On the plus side, the screen did look beautiful.
