Can’t comment on the longevity of the felt pad itself as far as wearing down, but they will stay in place. Just order the correct size/shape and you’re good!

I love these leg floor protectors. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and they didn't . I have since ordered the next size up. They are great, work well on my stool legs and look nice. Highly recommend.
