**Q: What are the correct dimensions? It's posted as 2" deep--clearly this is not correct.**
A: That is about right. From the inside starting from the base its bout 2 inches and it opens up slightly more. You don't want to pack it tight if you plan to have a laptop in there. good chance of crushing and damaging the screen.

**Q: Can you carry the bag on your shoulder with the main bag unzipped**
A: Yes I tend to do so from time to time but make sure the flap is secured as it will feel more loosely opened.
