It works
It works as long as you follow the instructions. Make sure the spoon is dry before use, let the paint dry for about 30 seconds, dip it in the water first, and then lower the spoon very slowly until the paint floats.

Most were dried out but did not work anyway. Disappointing gift for a child. Refund was easy though.
