Amazon Basics Parchment Paper, 90 Sq Ft Roll, Packaging May Vary

I use a lot of parchment paper for home baking and for preparing baked goods for our farmstand, so quality makes a noticeable difference to me. I used to buy my parchment paper from Sam’s, but after it changed, I was really disappointed with it. It seemed much thinner and would become brittle during baking. This Amazon Basics parchment paper has been a very pleasant change—it performs much more like I expect good parchment paper to perform. The paper feels substantial enough to work with easily without being overly stiff, and it holds up well during baking instead of becoming dry and brittle. Baked goods release nicely from it, which makes cleanup much easier and helps protect the bottoms of cookies and other baked items. I also like that it lays on the pan well and doesn’t feel flimsy when I’m lining baking sheets. For the amount of parchment on the roll, I think the value is very good, especially considering the quality. When I’m baking regularly, inexpensive paper isn’t really a bargain if I have to double it up or replace pieces because they tear or become brittle. The 90-square-foot roll is a good size for everyday home use. Since I will also be using parchment regularly for my home bakery and farmstand baking, I’m going to see if Amazon Basics offers this same paper in a larger roll or commercial-size option. Overall, this is sturdy, dependable parchment paper that does exactly what parchment paper should do. Definitely one I would purchase again. Most helpful thing to know: this parchment feels substantial and stays flexible instead of turning brittle during baking, and baked goods release cleanly from it. For the amount you get, I think the quality and value are very good.

This parchment paper works really great on my standard size baking sheet. The roll is big, and I can use one roll per month or so with no issues. It works especially well for baking chicken. Parchment is one of those kitchen wraps that’s a must for every home! This is a great option that’s a great price for a great amount. Of course with any parchment, there is residue that seeps through onto whatever cookware is being used… but, it still makes the clean up soooooooo much faster and easier ! I will definitely be repurchasing this again once it’s done!

I’ve started using parchment paper for a lot of different things that I cook. It makes a great liner for anything even if you put it in the oven. So I use this product a lot. It’s a sturdy product doesn’t fall apart and you can use it more than once, I would buy this again.

Reasonably priced and good quality for parchment paper. It is white not the ‘natural’ brown like some are. It does the job and came in a timely manner.
