### ⭐ Schlechtes Gerät, noch schlechterer Kundenservice von Comtech!

Der Stabmixer wurde im Februar 2017 gekauft und machte zunächst einen wertigen und gut verarbeiteten Eindruck. Nach 8 Monaten gab er aber leider keinen Ton mehr von sich. Am Akku lag es nicht - Nachbarn konnten ihr Gerät mit dem Akku ohne Einschränkungen benutzen. Vielleicht war es einfach ein Montagsgerät - meine anderen KitchenAid-Geräte funktionieren tadellos. Der Kundenservice von COMTECH hat anfangs einige Tage überhaupt nicht reagiert, war am Telefon unfreundlich, abweisend und unzugänglich. "Bitte beachten Sie, dass es auf Grund des Alters des Produktes auch möglich ist, dass für den Artikel weder eine Kulanzreparatur noch ein Kulanztausch möglich ist" war der Hinweis in einer eMail von COMTECH. Die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten war erst nach massivem Protest abzuwenden. Vier Wochen nach der Einsendung zur Reparatur wieder unfreundliche Reaktionen auf fernmündliche Nachfragen. Nachdem Amazon sich eingeschaltet hatte, erfolgte innerhalb eines Tages eine Reaktion: Man werde sich melden, wenn das Gerät vom Hersteller zurückkommt. Ich habe zwischenzeitlich einen anderen Stab gekauft (natürlich nicht bei COMTECH), sondern bei Amazon. Ganz ehrlich: Wenn ich könnte, bekäme das Gerät 5 "Acht-Monate-Gültigkeits-Sterne" und COMTECH einen Haufen Minus-Sterne. NIE WIEDER COMTECH! Der Mixer ist übrigens per heute (06.12.2017) noch immer nicht wieder zurück. Grrrr.
