Will this fit an 8ft Tundra?

This fit my 5 foot bed on the Tacoma. It would not fit an 8 ft bed.

What are the dimensions for the actual net?

The net taken right out of the package is 40” X 50”. It is very stretchy, including the binding around the edges and works well in my Takoma 6’ bed, with inside dimensions roughly 4’ X 6’

Is this weather proof?

No it’s not weather proof! It’s a Net!
