They were manufactured by a company called CSR, which was acquired by Qualcomm in 2015. Qualcomm basically dropped this product line after its acquisition, and today there is no support, no driver updates, no fixes, etc., for these pre-acquisition CSR adapters. Qualcomm's CSR-related web pages are full of broken links and out-of-date information, and you won't find a driver newer than Windows 8.1.
