How can I change the code? I saw you say "reset button" but there isn't one on mine.

It has a small little button on the bottom of the lock, press it in while you put in your new code, then release the button and your good to go, you will need a to use something with a small point to push button in.

My lock isn't opening to any combination is their a way to re set it in general?

Align the default manufacturer's combination (000 in this case) by rotating the three dials until the lock opens. When changing the combination, use the most recent combination you set, not the manufacturer's default.

Hold down the reset button located on the side of the padlock and rotate the three dials until the new combination lines up. Once the combination is set, release the button and check that the shackle opens.

Rotate the dials to select a random combination to ensure that the shackle is securely locked.

How can you reset lock code? I followed steps and now it won’t unlock with factory code or new code. 😟😣😕

1. Rotate the 3 dials until  the default combination set by the manufacturer (000 in this case) lines up to open the lock. 
(Once you set the new combination and you want to change it, you need to use the last combination you set - not the manufacture combination-)

2. Press the reset button on the side right of the padlock and hold
it while you simply rotate the 3 dials until the new combination lines up.

Release the button once the combination has been set and check the shackle opens.

3. Rotate the dials once again and get a random combination to make sure the shackle is properly locked.
