The service technician never arrives till 2/10 and then informs that due to space issue cannot install The lock. Was very worried. The product is good and commendable., hence wrote to Qubo whose customer service was very accommodative and said in case it does not suit can exchange same. Was feeling relieved. It should be noted by all that I talked to the Customer service of Amazon three times a) The first one made me hold the line for 18mnts and then cut same. b) The second lady was very very rude and not supportive. Even when I requested her escalate the case to the next level she refused. c) Again called the customer service – a guy picked up and was supportive to understand the issue, however since the lady was has already put some bad mouth on the guy, he agreed to just provide me the customer service number Please note as a PRIME customer of AMAZON from day one, I feel very hurt and pained by the attitude of AMAZON customer service. However to my surprise the QUBO service guy was very supportive and understandable and even agreed to exchange, though the next day the technical team came and installed at my risk and cost. The lock is functioning well and I give it 5 star status. One word of caution, while we make big investment through AMAZON be careful, for we cannot expect support from Customer service nor will they help in escalating or taking up the matter further with the seller., even if you are genuine, I was a very loyal customer for AMAZON and still continues, but am very very careful. Wish all the best to QUBO whose product is 5 star and they are supportive of their customers.

Horrible customer service
When you buy from a big brand, you naturally expect premium quality, excellent performance, and a product that justifies the higher price tag. Unfortunately, this product falls short of that expectation. Yes, it carries a big brand name, and the packaging, marketing, and presentation are impressive. But when it comes to actual performance, it is just average—nothing extraordinary, nothing that truly stands out compared to cheaper alternatives in the market. • Build quality: Feels okay, but not premium. • Features: Very standard, nothing innovative. • Performance: Works, but not flawlessly—definitely not what you’d expect from such a reputed brand. • Value for money: Overpriced for what it delivers. Customer Service – A Complete Disaster The first point of contact with any company is its customer service team. Ideally, they are supposed to provide assistance, resolve issues, and offer support. In this case, however, “customer service” is nothing but a bunch of clueless individuals reading from scripts, with zero knowledge, zero accountability, and zero courtesy. 1. Clueless Representatives Every time I called customer service, I was met with people who had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. They could not provide a single accurate update. Instead, they gave vague answers like: • “We are checking your request.” • “It will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours.” • “We will escalate to the senior team.” Those 24-48 hours never ended. Days turned into weeks, and still, nothing was resolved. It was like speaking to a broken tape recorder. 2. No Willingness to Help Forget empathy, forget urgency—there was not even basic politeness. Most of the agents were more interested in getting me off the call quickly than in solving the issue. It felt like they were trained only to buy time, not to provide solutions. 3. False Escalation Promises Every time I demanded to speak to a senior manager, I was promised a callback. Needless to say, those callbacks never happened. Not once. This wasn’t a one-time mistake—it was a repeated betrayal. In short, their customer service is not “service” at all. It is customer torture.

Lovely product.
Beautiful product. (1) I live in a place very close to their servicable area. I have written my address and their nearest valid PIN code. I could get free installation. Otherwise installation was denied. [Or at least i have to spend Rs.1,500/-] (2) Very happy with the product. Very easy to use. App is also easy to use. (3) My purpose is fulfilled. (4) In this model, I cannot have the video of the guest inside. (5) In "LAVNA" make, for about Rs12,500/- we can get with video calling bell feature in the lock itself. But i could not get installation at my place. (6) Overall, I am enjoying the product. I dont know the life span of the batteries, since i purchsed few days ago. (7) In my observation, if i loose my phone and if others can open my phone, then they can enter into my house with the app. We should lock the phone properly.
