I learnt only recently that these are much more comfortable than an office chair at a desk. My computer is now much lower on a coffee table. However, three of the castors lock themselves at will - this is a continual annoyance. There should be a no-locking set. I cut the plastic lock flaps off to no avail. Now I will have to fiddle about trying to drill out all of the locking mechanism or try and glue the remaining part of the flap in the non-locking position. Will not buy again.
