Awesome for cheer bows
This product is amazing for cutting my 3in ribbon for my cheer bows! Super fast and accurate. Easy to use.

Junk
I have 3 of these. The first one I bought worked flawlessly, with the exception of blown fuse from time to time, for almost 5 years. The second one worked for a month before it stopped heating. The third one made one cut and is now a paper weight. Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. If you have a problem, I sincerely hope you have weeks to wait before getting a resolution.

I love this cutter.
This cutter has already paid for itself and I've only owned it about a month! It's easy to set up and use. I have to keep your hand on the roll of webbing while it's running, but I don't mind. It cuts very quickly and precisely.

Great machine.
This is a great machine. Came packaged well. It did have a small crack on one of the side plastic trays but does not interfere with the machine operation. Great customer service as well! They went above and beyond to help me out!
