Easy to apply, lovely finish.
Why did you choose this product over others?: Used Bartoline boiled linseed oil previously for oiling wooden garden furniture and was pleased with the result, so this time upgrading to a 2l bottle for about the same price as two 500ml bottles was an easy choice to make. Again,really happy with results - using a cotton cloth to apply, the product breathes new life into our magagony and Adirondack style garden furniture, nourishing the wood, closing cracks and leaving a really nice shine. Will be out again today applying again to make sure we're ready for the inevitable summer rain!! Great product, would highly recommend.

Brilliant for a worktop project
I bought this to to renovate a large wooden workshop table left behind by previous owners in a shed. We sanded for hours, then used this oil. The wood was soaking it up immediately which was really satisfying. It has given it a darker wood look upon drying. It can be messy if you get it on your hands but it soon washes off. It appeared to dry quickly and has looked really great since.

Great uva protection
I love it. Painting all wooden outside furniture two days ago and still drying soon. Also used on outdoor plastic storage trunk and top of small shed roof. The rain on the plastic just runs away. Great for uva (sun) protection.
