It does not work. There is a mic pic indicating you plug in a mic on 1 side and or headphones on the other but look at the ad pic and it just shows 2 headphone connections. I tried several things and it does not work. I thought about sending it back but that cost $5+ and this costs $13. I would just be throwing $7 away so I'm gonna keep it for something. It is not worth the money and it does not do what it's suppose too.Update: I was disappointed that this did not work BUT I was pleasantly surprised when Jarrod at Extrasensory Devices emailed me with concern. Great customer care. He offered to give me a FULL refund with s&h included AND send me an adapter that would better suit my needs. I had already ordered the RED splitter that I discovered was what I needed and that works for an external mic input. I use this on my XboxONE controller so that I can use my headset to communicate etc. and my wife can tap in and hear the chat. On the Xbox 360 you could have the audio come through the TV but not the case on the Xbox one.
