Really confused - it says it’s one metre in length, then says it’s 300mm in length (which is less than a third of a metre). Which is it please?

Hello, Thank you for your message, the product is 1 meter in length. Many Thanks.

Does this have a self adhesive backing?

Hello - no it is not self adhesive, you are best using a spray glue to fix this, regards David
