Thanks.** A: No, absolutely not. Alcohols (e.g. methylated spirits) and Coleman fuel are very different things. The former is less volatile, has a lower energy density, burns at a lower temperatures, and can be burned in the open. The latter is much more like petrol and is designed for use in specific kinds of stoves. But it should not, under any circumstances, be used in alcohol stoves.
