Review: Good product but remote is not working within three months - Product is no doubt very good but I am faced a problem about indoor unit.which is working good but noisy.this is the main problem of this model according to version of technician.carrier is no doubt a renowned company of AC, company should take care about this.remote is very cheap quality within three months it has been out of order.very bad experience.noise problem issue of indoor unit is still going on.i called technician five times to solve the air flow problem but it is still going on.i request to service centre to replace the indoor unit but some one replied me we will not replace this to your advice.as a customer i have not any right to say to change the defect product.i am hopeless. Installation charges are too high, they have no any rate chart,carrier should also take care about this.

Great AC for small rooms.I am very satisfied with its performance. It is a small indoor unit that fits well in my bedroom. It cools the room quickly and quietly. The remote is easy to use and has all the functions I need. The customer service was also very helpful and responsive when I had some issues ( not related to the quality of the product) after installation. I would recommend this AC to anyone looking for a good quality and affordable air conditioner.
