Single Dose Hopper Compatible with Eureka Mignon Espresso Coffee Grinder Silicone Bellow for Blow Out Residual Coffee Grounds (Heighten Hopper)

Works very effectively to remove retention from my Eureka grinder (surprising how much there was) and fits like OEM equipment with a quality feel. I also like the smaller profile as I use my grinder as a single dose and the original hopper is quite large. Great product.

Fit is snug and gives confidence. Bellows seal well but you might want to slap it like you mean it or it wont get all the grounds out. The black insert at the top of the chute is poorly designed. It will hold back some of the coffee because its not well fitted. Theres just a very slight groove to hold it in place that creats a lip in the funnel where the coffee gets stuck. I just use it without this insert and deal with a little popcorn. Good not great but i prefer the visibility of this design over the other opaque options.

As others point out - the “anti popcorn” piece causes beans to get stuck, which honestly is more annoying than beans popping up. I don’t understand why they didn’t make the anti popcorn insert flush with the funnel so the beans could slide down. It just creates a ledge inside the funnel.. maybe mines defective, I’m not sure. Overall it looks great but I’d personally not spend what it cost due to this glaring issue

I don't have a ton of experience with other single hoppers, but at least this piece is a decent quality piece. It fits like an OE product and it has really good fitment that doesn't leak air around the hopper attachment. The bellow, lid and hopper fitment is nice and tight so you can bellow out all the retention in your eureka. In fairness I am not using this bellow on a daily basis, but instead purchased this to bellow out my grinder between coffee bags.

Overall this hopper is good quality. The anti popcorn insert make a lip that catches the beans so it’s useless.

I would prefer to use my Specialita with its multi-dose hopper in timed mode. However, I live in a very humid environment and my grinder has been prone to clogging so I decided to try single dosing with a smaller hopper and bellows. I still get considerable and variable retention when I don’t use the bellows. However, by single dosing and use of the bellows at the end of each dose, I now consistently have almost zero retention. My main dislike of this kit is that the anti-popcorning shield doesn’t work as intended. It traps beans around the perimeter on the top of the shield. Pushing on the bellows doesn’t dislodge the beans. My only solution is to leave it out. Minus one star for this.
