Ordered for my 90 year dad said there is no power to it. I had him press the "S" button & hold and nothing comes on screen?

It might be defective. Contact customer service and see if they can help. If not they will send you a new one!! They have awesome customer service!

It seems the price for 100 test strips is same as the price of while kit including 100 strips. Does anyone know if other test strips are compatible?

Thank you for your interest in our products! All CareSens N line of meters require CareSens N strip to be used. No other brand of strip can be used. Thank you. i-SENS USA.

can you buy replacement strips?

Thank you for your question! Additional strip can be found when you type CareSens N Strips into Amazon search box :) i-SENS USA

Does this have 100 test strips or 50? The listing is confusing. The "whats in box" says 50T strips.

100. There are 2 containers with 50 each. 1 of the containers comes already in the pouch, the other is outside the pouch, but in the box.
