Review: Sifone robusto da cucina - Il sifone arriva in una scatola di cartone contenente - sifone - manopola di chiusura della capsula - 3 ugelli di diverse forme e dimensioni - scovolino per pulire gli ugelli Il sifone funziona in maniera semplice - riempite il sifone con il liquido che volete montare (panna, burrata liquidi, latte, ecc...), mezzo litro al massimo - chiudete bene il coperchio avvitandolo saldamente - prendete una capsula di azoto, per le spume, o di anidride carbonica per il selz (acquistate a parte le capsule, le trovate su desertcart a 12-15€ per 10 pezzi dato che NON sono comprese nella confezione) - mettetela con la parte stretta verso l'esterno nel pomolo porta capsule (NOTA: è in metallo, molto meglio della plastica quindi benissimo) - avvitate il porta capsula nel coperchio finchè non sentirete che il gas esce con un sibilo, e passa nella camera del sifone - agitate molto bene in modo da non sentire più liquidi - con il sifone al contrario, premete la manopola ed uscirà la spuma/selz desiderata. Die sahne bleibt lange frisch. Ich hatte davor ein Isi Spender...mehr als Doppelt so teuer und nur katastrophal. Ging zurück. Warme Sachen haben wir mit dem Teil nicht probiert. Wir wollen nur Sahne. Excellent siphon, facile à utiliser et donnant un très bon résultat : espumas, mousses etc... Nous nous régalons et nos amis aussi ! Il est robuste et se nettoie assez facilement mais il n'est pas compatible avec un passage au lave-vaisselle. Si vous le commandez, pensez à acheter des capsules de gaz (N2O). Très bon choix et bonne idée de cadeau aussi pour quelqu'un aimant cuisiner.
