Less sheen than other pencils
I wanted to buy this product ever since I saw it on youtube. But it wasn't available in India for a long time. This pack must have been imported because the manufacturing is of Germany according to the box. I will update the review once I have used it for a while. Currently it performs as advertised i.e. has less sheen than other graphite pencils and is darker.

Good experience
Great pencils but there is lack of smoothness in the lighter grades. So, I would say the Steadler black pencils are a little better than these in terms of smoothness

Endlich kein störender Glanz mehr! – Perfekt für tiefe Schatten
Ich habe schon viele Bleistifte ausprobiert, aber dieses Set von Faber-Castell ist ein echter Gamechanger für meine Zeichnungen. Das größte Problem bei herkömmlichem Graphit ist ja oft dieser silbrige Glanz, wenn man stark aufdrückt oder dunkle Flächen füllt. Bei diesen "Matte" Stiften passiert das absolut nicht. Was mir besonders gefällt: Keine Reflexionen: Selbst unter direktem Licht bleiben die dunklen Stellen tiefschwarz und matt. Das macht das Scannen oder Fotografieren der Bilder viel einfacher. Härtegrade: Die Spanne von 2B bis 12B ist ideal. Besonders das 12B ist extrem weich und satt, fast wie Kohle, aber ohne das Geschmiere. Qualität: Die Minen sind sehr stabil und brechen beim Spitzen nicht ab – eben typisch Faber-Castell Qualität. Fazit: Für Porträts oder realistische Zeichnungen, bei denen man echtes Schwarz ohne Blendeffekt braucht, sind sie jeden Cent wert. Kann ich jedem Hobby- oder Profikünstler nur ans Herz legen!

Produto de acordo com a descrição. É um lapis grafite preto fosco que não reflete luz como o grafite comum, permitindo criar obras com uma estética bem diferente e única. Os 6 graus inclusos são ideias para começar a criar e se adaptar à esta mídia. Além da cor, a mina possui textura diferente, é macia quase como um lápis a base de cera e mesmo assim não te limita no tipo de papel em que pode ser usado. Qualquer papel para lápis comum irá funcionar muito bem com estes lápis. A qualidade é alta e facilmente se aplica ao papel. Não borra com facilidade. Não precisei aplicar verniz em nenhum dos desenhos que fiz, diferente do grafite comum em que preciso aplicar em quase todos. Por este mesmo motivo alguém que tem o costume de borrar como forma de expressão terá um pouco mais de trabalho. Não substitui o grafite comum, é diferente, usado para trabalhos com objetivos diferentes, como alcançar um alcance dinâmico maior por exemplo.

Faber Castell è tra le marche che preferisco per l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. La confezione di metallo poi protegge le mine dalla rottura per sballottamento o botte accidentali nello zaino scolastico. Ottime matite.
