Now for the biggest problem it charges the phone first not at the same time so unless you turn you phone off to charge you will never get the case past 2 lights. I use my phone as an alarm so I keep it on over night. Phone was full but only charges the case less than 1/2 way. If I want a full charge I need to charge separately. Taking the phone out is a pain since it is quite rigid and daily removal will likely damage the connector. Case is also hard and slippery so it doesn’t feel nice or safe in your hand. A kittle heavy as well. The next day I tried again, and I positioned the phone in several different positions on both sides of the wireless charging device, which I purchased from Apple. After eight tries, I was finally able to charge the phone wirelessly with the battery case on the phone. Durable is indeed and protections from any angles and back is indeed good guard. Battery holding is pretty good. I wanted to take a moment to mention the issues regarding the battery stopped holding or won’t charge with the max capacity; I can’t charge mine to max 4th light, it won’t go all night long. The issue was the night before I used it till the last one light was empty, I knew it might triggered this issue, I noticed. It won’t be matter, but it does for most rechargeable chases. Here the tip to fix it: loose your phone from the case completely or just loose it out from the charging connector. Then hold the case power and count it to 10-15 second, and release your hand. After that, push your phone to back in well, and press and hold the case power to charge for 3-5 second. Then plug with wall-charger adaptor. I am sure it will reset the case power and will works like before. I hope it could help someone reading it. Case needs somehow a different colors also made material. This one is a bit slippery in hand. Other that that, it is still pretty good case. I will write more in the future as I have been using it.
