Review: Great value, well engineered, good quality. - I usually purchase Stihl product for the garden but couldn’t bare to part with £1200 for their multi-tool. I have some high trees to prune and very tall hedges. This device worked well and is well made. Relatively easy to assemble. Doesn’t come with chain lube for the chain saw which is annoying. The cutting is a little vague due to the length, when fully extended, but manageable. Very pleased with it

Most of the updates to the new model are good except for the hedge trimmer head which no longer folds back along the shaft so it is always around 1.5 metres long making it harder to transport than the older one. Needs to fold or easily split....and has many have said it is b****y heavy. None the less a highly recommended tool.

**Q: Does it come with harness?**
A: It has a single shoulder strap, no harness

**Q: How many chains come with the pole pruner?  And what is the bar length, gauge and pitch if I want to buy spare chains?**
A: Hi funnily enough I have just walked back in from using my Mitox multi pole pruner - the bar length is 13” with 9” available for cutting.  This is a standard length and no there was not a spare chain with the set - all implements work well.
