I had purchased the product with installation service from Amazon. I received no call from installation team on scheduled time. When I called amazon they asked to check with beat xp customer care, when I called beat xp customer service they again asked to check with Amazon. After many follow-up calls with beat xp team, finally their representative started saying sorry sir we are unable to deliver service on time, you have to wait again. Finally we have to do installation by ourselves that too is not easy like is shown in video. Worst service, in first place their support team will try to misguided you, after you will provide them all the details, they will just reiterate the sorry. For they it's very easy to commit anything, do not follow their commitment, then just say sorry again and again at the time when customer asks for service he paid for.
