Why is this so expensive?

Because Hasbro needs money. Therefore magic cards will all be more expensive from now on. Unless we as a player base stop buying. These decks are terrible value. Most of the new cards aren't that good and will drop in price. These decks are not premium, but they are well designed. Just wish that didn't mean a higher price tag. They may drop though after a month or 2. Look at the Warhammer decks. You can find those for half the price they were now that the hype has died down. I was looking forward to this deck. There should have been at least one good titan reprinted in this deck for the sticker price. Disappointing reprints and new cards alike. I say this one was a fail. Not worth any more than the standard commander precon. Just priced higher because of the name on the box
