I’ve wanted to read Sloane and Lucian’s story ever since they were first introduced in the first book and their story did not disappoint at all. I love the chemistry and romance between our two MCs and the fact that this was a friends-to-lovers-to-enemies-to-lovers trope made me enjoy it even more. The friendships between everyone is one of the best thing in this series. I love how everyone were there for one another and this is one of the reasons why I love reading books based in small towns. The epilogue and extended epilogue made me so happy because as a fan of happily ever afters, I was so glad everyone got their happy ending. The only complain I have is that it felt kinda dragging at some point and I wanted more romance and some grovelling from Lucian but overall it was a great read and I really enjoyed it.
