Designed for the professional chocolatier, the Revolation 2 is a conventional space efficient tabletop tempering machine, which melts, tempers, sets, and holds up to 1.5 lbs of chocolate to 2/10 of a degree Fahrenheit. Daily output of 10 lbs. per day. A serious tool for a demanding environment.

Review: Cheaply made, overpriced rubbish - I got one of these about a year ago. From the day I got it the manual temperature button has never worked. The baffle clip broke after just a few uses, and parts are crazy prices. In fact the whole thing is overpriced, cheaply made rubbish. I cannot recommend and won't be replacing it when it stops working totally... Which I'm sure won't take long. The most disappointing gadget I ever bought.

I got one of these about a year ago. From the day I got it the manual temperature button has never worked. The baffle clip broke after just a few uses, and parts are crazy prices. In fact the whole thing is overpriced, cheaply made rubbish. I cannot recommend and won't be replacing it when it stops working totally... Which I'm sure won't take long. The most disappointing gadget I ever bought.
