Effective and easy to use….
Good supplement, no negative digestive side effects, have used for 3 months. Over time I believe they have been a factor contributing to weight loss.

Works better than most...
I have used several brands of probiotics over the years and I like to change them up every so often. My doctor actually suggested these and I found them to work really well. The capsules are not too big so easy to swallow and I have less tummy upsets with these.
