iPhone 14+ pro max. Incredible price. I was wary buying a used phone, but turned out to be absolutely excellent. Not a mark on it. Screen and the rest of the phone as new. Works exactly as it should. Only disappointment was the charging cable that came with it, stopped working after a week, but that was no big problem. Very happy with a great phone for an exceptional price.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star – that would be far too generous.I purchased an iPhone from Saisales and selected the "Excellent Condition" option. When the phone arrived, it appeared acceptable at first glance when viewed from the front. However, it quickly became apparent that the device was far from being in excellent condition.At the same time, I purchased a phone case. Within a matter of days, the case broke. I thought this was unusual, so I purchased another case, only for it to break in exactly the same place after a short period of use.The day after the second case broke, the phone screen suddenly turned bright green and began flashing, making the device unusable.I also noticed that the phone's frame did not appear straight, so I took it to my local Apple Store for a second opinion. I was informed that the frame was bent and that the device contained some US-specification components that were not compatible with a European iPhone. Apple also informed me that this incompatibility could potentially be the cause of the screen issues.In addition, the sides of the phone and the buttons feel unusually sharp and rough. The device simply does not feel like a genuine iPhone in the condition advertised.I have contacted Saisales numerous times regarding these issues. Their response was to return the phone for inspection, while also stating that if they believe the device has been damaged during return transit, they will refuse to inspect it and simply send it back. Given the condition in which the phone was supplied, this response is extremely concerning.Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. In my opinion, this phone fails on all three counts. The device I received was not as advertised, was not in excellent condition, and is not fit for purpose.I feel completely mis-sold and am now left without a working phone. I am absolutely disgusted by both the quality of the product supplied and the level of customer service I have received.

Bought this in 2024 and is still functional till date. Camera is top notch, black color phone, screen is in good condition and phone is good quality. Will recommend to new users to buy .

This was packaged well and looks very nice, is big and a bit weighty but worth the money and it has a lovely camera, works well my son loves it

Initially, the phone worked without issue, but shortly afterwards, it began repeatedly displaying “No SIM” and “SIM Failure” errors.I took the device to an independent third-party repair shop for assessment. They informed me that the iPhone contained a US-spec logic board configured exclusively for E-SIM use, despite the phone casing being designed for a physical SIM tray. According to the technician, the device could not properly read a physical SIM because the logic board was hard-coded for E-SIM functionality only.The repair shop further explained that devices like this are commonly referred to as “Frankenstein” iPhones, phones assembled from mismatched or incompatible parts during poor-quality refurbishment. They advised that this appeared to be the case here, and they couldn't do anything for me but advised I ask for a refund.I contacted the seller and returned the phone along with the repair report detailing the issue. Despite being provided with the report, photographic evidence, and screenshots showing the repeated SIM errors, the seller claimed there was “no fault” with the device and instead attempted to charge me a £30 administration fee. Cheeky! Why would I return an unfaulty phone to pay them an extra £30?I also asked the seller directly to clarify which logic board was installed in the phone, but they declined to answer, which increased my concerns about the refurbishment's legitimacy.For anyone considering buying from this seller: I am not claiming that every phone they sell is faulty. However, based on my experience, some devices clearly are, and the company appears unwilling to acknowledge legitimate faults or provide refunds even when presented with independent technical evidence, with multiple photos proving the point.Silver lining in all this, I learnt a lot about iPhone logic boards.

This was my first time purchasing a used phone from Amazon as I usually buy them from a well known auction site.The last time I purchased I had problems with phone getting blocked or refusing to activate so decided to try Amazon who have a fantastic no worries guarantee.The reason I picked this phone is that it’s cheaper than the latest generation of 15 Plus phones but sports a promotion 120hz display which makes a big difference in day to day use. And still works out cheaper to boot.The phone arrived in the suppliers generic packaging which was disappointing but as described. Delivery was prompt with next day following the bank holiday weekend. Phone was well protected and in flawless condition and delivered by courier exactly in the agreed timeframe.It was practically new refurbished like the type you receive from Apple if you’ve ever received a replacement through warranty or AppleCare. No scratched or scuffs at all. Battery health was at 99%.Phone itself worked perfectly and activated with no issues. I’d definitely use this seller again as the description is reliable.Only downside was the manky white charging cable provided with the phone. It’s functional but very dirty and old. Luckily most of us have MagSafe alternative chargers.
