This phone case for the S23 Ultra is great for a person that finds themselves in a harsh environment, but can find it somewhat unwieldy. With its sleek design, you won't sacrifice appeal for reliability. Featuring a clean looking design and plenty of colors to choose from, you won't be ashamed to take your phone out in public for anyone else to see. The beveled edges are raised just enough to protect your screen and cameras while still being subtle enough not to "stand out" from the natural shape of the phone. All of the protection for the interactable parts of the phone are correctly placed, and allow each one to function properly with no issues. All of the volume and power buttons still have the satisfying click when pressed, and the USB port is aligned perfectly to allow for ease of use. Even the port for the Samsung S23 Ultra S Pen is well designed to enable unobstructed access. Overall, the case functions very well. Unfortunately, there are some downsides to this case. One such issue is that the cover to the USB port is very stiff to open. Although it does a phenomenal job in protecting the port from dust and even water, it does not easily open, and most times takes two hands to keep open while you connect your usb. It can be inconvenient when you are half preoccupied with something else. Another issue that I have run into is the integrated screen protector. While it does its job for the most part in keeping the screen undamaged, it is not sealed. This means that dust can get under the protector and will need to be cleaned often. However, this is a minor issue. The fingerprint scanner works flawlessly (you need to reset your fingerprint once the protector is in place to make it function correctly), and there is a second part of the case that comes without the screen protector if that option is more viable for the consumer. In terms of durability, the phone case is very hardy and reliable in the event of drops. It is lightweight, and has a rugged TPU frame that assists in absorbing shock. The rugged edges also gives some additional grip to prevent accidental "Butterfingers" moments. However, the additional protection gives the phone some extra size, which can make it difficult for smaller hands to find a comfortable way to hold it. The case comes with some extra feature for some better quality of life. The integrated stand is easy to deploy and is sturdy. The belt clip keeps the phone secure with little to no risk of become detached. All in all, the Samsung S23 Ultra phone case is a great buy for someone that needs a rugged but not overly designed case that doesn't interfere with the primary functions of the phone.

Good case.. I'm rough on phones and after replacing my phone twice on the past year decided to go for rugged. This will protect it. As much as I hate making my phone bigger, I had to give up on slim phone case dreams and after 3 months of use so far, it has survived drops on concrete, tile, even a good solid corner drop on tile. No breaks or cracks, my screen and camera lens are fine so far. 👍 I like the included front case options, with, or, without a built in screen protector with enhanced biometric/thumbprint spot. I'm using the built in screen protector front face. Sturdy belt clip case/cover, fyi phone (does not rotate on belt clip like an otter). It was a learning curve to get the case on and off. At first the rubber front was hard to fenagle off, once I saw a video saw where to start peeling the case open, I was fine. the thumbprint spot at first was a pain, I have Huskies and it's nearly impossible to get it on without a dog hair stuck. Took alot of rinsing and repeated application tries to get it right in order to use the built in screen protector front with the thumbprint spot. Once I got it on right, wish I had sooner.. Great with biometric spot for unlocking my s23 ultra. Good kickstand for landscape position, but not as stable for portrait. The rubber grip around this case is awesome, don't drop it or slip out of my hand as frequent. Caution: the flap that cover the charging port is stiff, stretch it gently so that it won't bend and break your charging cables while plugged in. Caught the male cport before it got bent too out of shape. Which also leads me to mentioning that wireless charging works fine thru this case. My only complaint with this case is that I'm an avid screnshotter, and, of coarse it's tricky to get buttons pushed the way they need to ie, double pressing power button, pressing two buttons for shortcuts.. The side buttons on my case have to be pushed damn near recessed into the case for them to work. (volume and power)

UPDATE 4/18/24 The clear color has not yellowed, I do clean it every now and then with a little soap and water, nothing with alcohol as that can cause yellowing. The fingerprint sensor still works and my screen cover still looks good.. The flip up opening for the charging cord is still tight and not tearing like an old otterbox just did (it is old though, like really old, it's on a note 8 old lol) I still almost never use the stand or the "loop" feature but the mechanism still works. If they sold the top piece with included cover separately , I would buy one. I haven't gotten a second case yet but I would! My wish for a camera lens cover hasn't changed but I still recommend this case! I bought this at the same time I got the phone. I usually get Otterbox cases but have been unimpressed with their offerings and the prices. I'm very happy with this case so far...It has 2 front options for you; with or without the screen protector, both use the same back piece. I chose the one with the screen protector because the curved screen protectors (glass) currently available everywhere are pretty much worthless. I was disappointed when I saw the s23 was coming with the curved sides specifically because of this. The case has impressed me; it is sturdy, the sides are grippy and well reinforced at the corners and it has not yellowed as of yet. (It's only been 2 months.) The only problem I've had, as mentioned by others, has been the fingerprint dot. It stopped working after it got dirty when I had to remove the case. I was so disappointed! I read the review about removing the dot but I just cleaned it instead. Yes! it can be cleaned, gently and with lint free material. I use this feature multiple times daily so I really wanted to find a way to fix it and keep the screen cover as it was the main reason I chose this case to begin with. So far the fingerprint sensor is working as intended, if not perfectly. I've dropped the phone a couple of times already and everything is fine; there is enough of a lip/rise to the back that the camera lenses have been safe as well as the screen. My biggest concern is the camera lenses getting damaged in my handbag so I make sure not to put it with anything pokey or scratchy. I wish this had a cover for the lenses like another case on Amazon does. As to the stand, I don't use it often but it does work and is a good angle for both portrait or landscape viewing. It's less stable and wont to tip, in portrait . I also tried it "looped" on my finger but it felt awkward. It's nice to know that is available if necessary but I find I don't have a real need for that at the moment. I have smaller hands and this is a huge phone only made bigger by the case but it is not uncomfortable for me to hold for long periods of time, which I do often. Not anything that impacts my use but something I had to get used to, ithe opening for the charging cord pulls down to insert the cord instead of flipping up as all of my old cases have done. I would recommend this case and I'm considering a second purchase in a different color.

First off let me say that I am beyond appreciative that Supcase gives back to the Military and First Responders. I purchased the Gray Camo Unicorn Beetle case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I can happily attest that this case is stylish without sacrificing durability. The camo pattern on the back is textured and feels nice while you hold it. The case design feels great in the hand without adding too much weight. A recent addition for Supcase is adding a second front part of the case without a screen protector attached, allowing you to use this case with an already installed screen protector. I find that a very valued addition. The buttons are firm, but still clicky and the cover over the charging port is tight to the rest of the case protecting from any dust or debris. The bevels of the case are high enough to protect the screen if the phone is dropped on a flat surface. The same goes for the case height on the back to protect the cameras as well. The kickstand is strong and doesn't need as much pressure to open as it did in years past. As anyone can tell by this review, I have been a long time supporter and customer of Supcase. Like all other products I have purchased from them I hold this new case in high regard. For anyone considering purchasing this case, it is a no-brainer. Supcase always manages to provide the best cases while still saving your wallet, offering better protection than Otterbox and Mous for a fraction of the price. Purchase this case. Large case, but it is what you expect if you want this type.of protection on your $1200+ device. It even protects the sides of the screen well, which can be hard to find on s23 ultra cases. I am using a film screen protector so I can't comment on how a glass protector would fit. But I know with my spigen tough armor, they gave me issues, so I didn't even try glass with this case. I got the clear version, it's awesome looking because i can see the nice grey/green color of my s23u thriugh it. But I'm sure over time parts of this case may yellow, as clear cases do, so I'm considering also getting the frost (or fog) green version which is clear, but tinted green so yellow may not show as much down the line. It's a solid case. Has a deep camera cutout and has a good amount of material between the phone and the case to protect from drops. With three extra bumper layer really providing protection and holding the front piece in place. Buttons are nice and responsive, and while I do wish they were more pronounced and defined, they are just fine as is. I really don't like the flap that covers the usbc port on the phone. It puts too much pressure on the usb C when it's plugged in. If they designed it to be a separate hinged piece it would work much better, but I just cut mine off completely, as I'm less worried about debris getting in there as I am the stress from the flap causing the usb C port to eventually become loose. The only other thing I will mention is that the plastic used for the clear case may be slightly more fragile than the standard opaque cases of this same model, especially the kickstand part, so just keep that in mind.. Because of the nature of clear plastic, the durability may vary, slightly. Although it definitely seems to hold together well so far after a few weeks. But besides that, its a fantastic case if you really want the best protection for the s23U and the price is good too. It also works with both types of lense protectors, the single slab kind and the individually cut out kind, if that's you're thing.

Excellent case!! And the color goes well with my S23 Ultra. Now if Sellers can just get the delivery drivers in order for us so overnight means overnight lol

I really like this case despite the review. It's pretty sturdy and the kickstand is amazing. Installation is pretty easy. It comes with a lot (maybe too many accessories like the belt clip). It feels solid. The case survives water fairly well. On the downside: - the kickstand breaks easily - the screen protector is useless - the little hole for the fingerprint reader is too small - the protection has been so-so with past cases - though this could partly be user error I end up replacing these fairly often (~6-9mos). I switched to another case the last year or so that I liked the feel of less, but seemed more durable since it was only 1 piece. I may actually check to see how good the warranty is next time.

I think this is the 3rd case I've bought. It lasts about a year before the little clip on the back gives it and breaks but it's still worth it. As much as I have dropped my phone this case is the BEST!! I keep purchasing it again and again because it keeps performing and proving that it can take a beating. For this price I'll gladly buy a new one every year.

I have use this case on my iPhone 12 mini, 13 mini and s21 ultra. Excellent case. Providing excellent protection. Only gripe regarding this product is - bulky which some people may not like - aiyoo finding the perfect screen protector. Because trust me the inbuilt one is meh and others the case always ends up pushing them from the sides Other than that. Once u install this u know u have a tank in ur hand that u can throw to hurt people as well

The casing looks and feels good but the screen protector does not work. The phone is not able to detect your fingerprint with the screen protector on. This is frustrating because finger print functions like unlocking your phone cannot be used. Even though I followed the instructions (i.e. set finger print after putting on the screen protector), the phone still does not detect my fingerprint with the screen protector on. Disappointing product for the price paid. Not recommended.

Durability

I've had this on my Galaxy S23 Ultra for a few hours now and so far, I like it. The screen protector feels good, almost can't tell there's something between the glass and my finger. There's a perfectly cut hole for the front camera as well as a line of slits for the ear speaker above it that's barely noticeable. The sticker for the fingerprint reader section had a small air bubble that I could not press out, but after a while it seems to have mostly worked itself out. When the screen is off, you can see the circle so you don't have to guess where the sensor is, and if the screen is on you can hardly notice. If you have a more detailed image or video on the screen it's invisible--unless the light hits it at the right angle... The case adds a bit of weight, but I do find it's easier to hold than without it. The added bulk is a nice amount. It's still thin, but fits my hand better now... Overall, I'm happy with his purchase. I will update this review if anything changes. ... One side note, this comes with two front pieces. One with the screen protector, one without. The back piece comes with the non-protector in it. Getting it out I thought I was going to break something. As hard as I tried with my fingers and nails, nothing was moving. I finally used a guitar pick and started at the bottom right corner and slid it up along the side between the plastic and rubber. Came off really easy at that point. Some cons... 1. The bottom edge makes it difficult for me to swipe up to reveal the home button. 2. The power port cover does its job a bit too well. It's really hard to plug in with one hand and using two while driving is difficult and dangerous. I might cut the flap a bit to make it easier to open or just cut it off completely. I don't really need it. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Update I've had this for a few months now and thought I'd update this review.... It's still hard to swipe up from the bottom edge to reveal the home button menu. You can do the same by swiping down from the top edge, but I keep forgetting about that. I ended up not doing anything to the power port cover and it's STILL a pain the in butt to deal with. It isn't quite as stiff as when it was new, but enough to still be annoying. There is a hole cut out for the front camera. I find it unnecessary because no sound comes out of there and that hole leaves the lens exposed. The least they could have done was make the perimeter sticky to seal it to the glass and keep out dust and debris. There's also a series of slits so you can hear the person you're talking with on the phone. Through one or both of these points I found debris under the screen protector. A few times I had to take the case apart, wipe off the phone (the glass on my phone is still scratch-free), blow out and wipe down the case, and reassemble... Now, only half of the fingerprint section sticks, making unlocking with fingerprint a little finicky. I'm considering switching to the top without the screen cover, but then I have to resume the search for a good screen protector. I've already gotten fed up with those peeling at the edges or sliding off after a little while. Especially if I have the phone in my front pocket and I go for a long walk. The screen protector has got a bunch of scratches on it, but that's because it's doing its job. Finally... the stand... I've never used it except to test it out. It does work but I find that feature to be more of a fidget toy for me.
