I believe the product was potent and effective as the smell of my flatulence changed while taking these and my gut felt "eased".I was satisfied with the product, but didn't "love it" hence the 5 stars, I'm not sure what the company would have to do to make me "love it"... .. .I bought these to help improve my gut function and strengthen my immune system, and while the results were not incredible i'm sure there was a subtle health benefit conferred.There's an offer on the pack which says if I give a review I'll get "another free".
