**Q: How often can I use it , and for how long**
A: Don't know. I use at least 2 hrs a day because there is no exertion.

**Q: Is this as good as walking if you can’t walk because of copd?**
A: I purchased this for my mother-in-law to help with circulation because she has two very bad knees and sits all the time.  She feels that it has helped her in the 2 weeks she has been using it.

**Q: What is the recommended use for an 86 year old woman?**
A: I'm 82 and I watch TV and use it for long times.  I love it... I push it far enough away from my legs so I don't put too much pressure on the foot pedals..

**Q: Is the legxercise worth buying for keeping your circulation going?**
A: absolutely... it's ready to use as soon as it arrives unlike other styles that take putting it together.. I love mine
