They include what appear to be four little kids swim Floaties to be the inflatable that fits in the backpack part. I could not figure out how to get them blown up and into the Backpack, so instead I rolled up a small towel and put it in. Unfortunately, because it was heavier than the Floaties, it pulled down on the backpack and ended up putting the strap that goes across the chest into my neck/throat. The Velcro was uncomfortable. It just did not work for me at all.
