Not Great Whatsoever
There is no way that this pill contains the mg dosage indicated. There are much better pills on Amazon, this is both pricey and poorly dosed. I have taken 60mg of a different brand and it has worked more effectively. 120mg of melatonin is a lot and should functionally come close to knocking one out. This doesn't, I wouldn't be surprised if it contained little to no melatonin. Maybe it simply contains the sweet dreams and goodnight wishes of those selling it. And while these can work well, for those of us who need to sleep due to our obligations, this simply will not do.

I used to have regular peoples hours, you know, go to sleep when its still night, not early morning, wake up in the morning, not go to sleep when the sun comes up, but dont have it like that anymore. These help, when I remember to take them.

Safe and effective way to get to sleep.
The product provides what it promises . .. typical efficient and fast delivery. Rely on higher doses over time, but no adverse side effects---some people claim colorful or wild dreams but I haven't found that to be the case.
