Antlion Audio Kimura Duo

Bought these with the intentions of using it for competitive FPS and can’t complain. Sound is amazing, you can hear footsteps clearly and the microphone is surprisingly good, even better than some headsets. They are comfortable, maybe not for everyone, but after 5/10 min I don’t even notice I have them in anymore.

They were good whilst they lasted. The audio is now static-y, poppy and cuts out randomly. I tried using a different USB sound adapter, tried just using the jacks etc. But no, they are just straight up broken. I've also tried contacting customer service twice but I've had no reply.

The headset was faulty so I had to return for a refund. The right hand side earpiece kept on intermittently cutting out. Very frustrating as the product seemed pretty good for my needs. Shame.

To preface this review, I've never been inspired to write a review on something that I've purchased. These IEMs just impressed me enough that I needed to let people know. This is my 3rd set of IEMs, but first set with both DD and BA drivers (other two being Moondrop CHU and Sennheiser IE300). -Unboxing. The box itself is nothing special. There's no real unique marketing that they're throwing on or anime girls like some of the Chi-Fi space seems to love including. Upon opening the box, you're presented with the IEMs themself and the extra ear tips. The included carrying case is behind the plastic piece that everything is contained in. -Putting them in for the first time. These are certainly the deepest fitting IEMs that I've used so far, so people who aren't already used to IEMs may find them a bit uncomfortable for the first couple of weeks. I don't really like how long the part of the cable that goes over the ear but it's not at all a dealbreaker for me. -Sound... Wow... These things absolutely blow the CHUs out of the water, and even edge out the IE300s in the mid highs and highs. These are very clear without being painful to listen to with everything I've put through them so far (mostly metalcore). The lows are punchy and the sub bass rumbles without distorting the mids. I'm not sure how else to describe these with words, you just need to listen for yourself. -Overall fit and finish. Apart from the long over the ear part that I mentioned above, these things feel great. They fit in my ears perfectly with the pre-installed ear tips. After about 5 minutes, I couldn't even feel that I was wearing them. The cable is much longer than a standard IEM cable and it feels solid enough for long term daily usage. -Thoughts so far. These are 100% worth the money to me just from sound quality and comfort along. I've yet to put the mic to use myself, but the review from Hardware Canucks that led me to purchase these was simply outstanding. Once I've put these through their paces a bit more and had a chance to use the included mic, I'll try to remember to update this review.

Le son est vraiment pas mal, le micro de bonne qualité mais un peux bas (rien de grave si vous utilisez un table de mixage virtuel comme voice meeter) mais les écouteurs font un peu mal aux oreilles sur la durée Malheureusement à ma première commande l'écouteur gauche avais un faux contact, après retour j'en ai commandé un autre et de nouveau faux contact écouteur gauche. J'ai peut être pas eu de chance mais je ne vais pas tenter ma chance une troisième fois

音は素人なのでなんとも言えませんが、マイクがすごく使いやすいです。そこらへんの安いコンデンサーマイクを買うくらいなら、絶対にこっちを買った方が音質もいいし、使い勝手がいいです。

The kimura duo from ant lion audio are fantastic as expected

Ottimo prodotto, si sente molto bene e soprattutto il microfono non crea eco. Le usavo per giocare a Warzone. Comprate a febbraio 2024 e ad oggi non posso più usarle in quanto l' auricolare sinistro non si sente quasi più... direi che per questo prezzo, un anno e si rompe un auricolare mi sembra davvero strano...
