I contacted MyZone to see if I could replace and retain stored information onto my new device last Thursday morning. I received a prompt response confirming I could and setting out clearly what I needed to do. I ordered the new device that same Thursday afternoon with delivery for 1pm the next day being last Friday. The device arrived by 10am.
